Pricing & Payment

Clear pricing. Care that fits your needs.

At Colorado Naturopathic House Calls, you pay for the appointments and services you choose, with fees established in advance.

Our practice operates on a direct-pay basis, with no membership required to receive care. Appointment prices reflect the time, clinical preparation, and services involved. For home visits, travel is already included in the published rate for your area.

Each CNHC provider maintains their own service offerings and fee schedule. The prices below reflect services currently offered by Dr. Griffin McMath.

Naturopathic Medical Care

Getting Started

The complimentary meet-and-greet gives prospective patients and providers an opportunity to determine mutual fit. It is not a clinical consultation.

The initial consultation includes a comprehensive review of your health history, current concerns, and clinical priorities. Your provider reviews your submitted information in advance, and your care plan develops as additional findings and follow-up information become available.

A $95 non-refundable deposit is required when booking the initial consultation and is applied toward the $340 appointment fee.

  • Free Virtual Meet-and-Greet — 15 minutes | Complimentary

  • Comprehensive Initial Consultation (Virtual) — 90 minutes | $340

Established Patient Appointments

The 15-minute phone consultation is intended for one specific, contained question or a brief review of an existing concern. It is a voice-only service.

The 30-minute virtual follow-up provides time to review progress, address one or two focused concerns, or adjust an established plan. More extensive evaluations may require a longer appointment.

Virtual medical appointments and phone consultations are available only when the patient is physically located in Colorado.

  • Focused Phone Consultation — 15 minutes | $85

  • Virtual Follow-Up — 30 minutes | $150

Home Visits

Home visits are available to established medical patients when clinically appropriate. Each 60-minute appointment provides time for a medical follow-up and relevant examination or discussion of your home environment, routines, and resources.

The listed prices include travel to your location. Home visits are subject to provider availability, clinical suitability, and an appropriate appointment environment.

Initial Craniosacral Therapy Appointment

Your first 75-minute appointment includes an intake and safety screening, baseline assessment, and hands-on treatment.

Returning Craniosacral Therapy Appointment

Returning 60-minute appointments provide dedicated hands-on treatment time, building on the information gathered during your initial session.

All listed CST prices include travel.

A $95 non-refundable deposit is required for your first CST appointment and is applied toward the appointment fee.

Deposits, Scheduling & Cancellation Policies

A $95 nonrefundable deposit is required when booking your initial naturopathic medical consultation or first craniosacral therapy appointment. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your visit.

Rescheduling and cancellations:

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment once, at no additional charge, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice. Your deposit transfers to the rescheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice: You may cancel your appointment without owing the remaining balance. Your $95 deposit is retained and is not refunded.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments: The full appointment fee applies. Your $95 deposit is retained, and you will be charged the remaining balance.

Required paperwork: Intake and consent forms must be submitted at least 48 hours before your appointment. If your paperwork remains incomplete 24 hours before your scheduled visit, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation, and the remaining balance will apply.

Other appointment types do not currently require a booking deposit. Applicable scheduling and cancellation terms are provided during booking.

Insurance & Other Expenses

CNHC operates as a direct-pay practice and does not bill health insurance plans directly.

Patients are responsible for appointment fees and any separately arranged services, including outside laboratory testing, imaging, specialist consultations, supplements, or other recommended products.

If you would like to seek reimbursement from your insurer, you may request documentation of eligible services, including a superbill when appropriate. Reimbursement is determined by your insurance plan and is not guaranteed.

Your provider will discuss anticipated outside expenses and available alternatives whenever possible so you can make informed decisions about your care.

Care Circles

We're developing Care Circles to make coordinated home visits more accessible to friends, neighbors, and other people who live near one another.

By arranging eligible appointments in the same area, participants may be able to share travel-related savings while maintaining separate appointments, medical records, and individual clinical relationships.

Care Circle eligibility, scheduling, and pricing details will be announced as the program becomes available. If you’re interested in Care Circles now, please reach out at support@coloradonaturopathichousecalls.com.
