Information We Collect
Through the Site, we may collect information you provide directly, including your name, phone number, email address, and any details you share when booking a Free Intro Call or submitting a contact form. We do not collect payment information through the Site itself; scheduling and payment take place through OptiMantra, our patient management platform.
If you opt in to text messaging, we collect your phone number and message content for the purpose of appointment communication. See the Text Messaging Terms in our Terms of Service for details.
How We Use Information
Information collected through the Site is used to respond to inquiries, schedule the Free Intro Call, and communicate with you about your interest in the Practice. We do not use information collected through the Site for advertising, and we do not sell your information to third parties under any circumstances.
Vendors and Service Providers
We work with a small number of vendors to operate the Practice and this Site: OptiMantra (scheduling and patient records), Spruce Health (patient communication), Fullscript (supplement and lab ordering), and DeepCura (used only with separate patient consent). Each vendor handling patient information is bound by a Business Associate Agreement where applicable, and none may use your information to train artificial intelligence models.
