Healthcare should make more room for your life.

We've designed a different way to receive naturopathic medical care, with flexible appointment settings, thoughtful coordination, and opportunities to share costs without having to share a household. Because good care should work with the life you've built, not require you to rearrange it.

Our Approach to Care

We've designed our approach around the realities of everyday life: how people live, the resources available to them, the relationships they rely on, and what they want their health to make possible.

That means taking responsibility for more than the care provided during an appointment. It means considering how care is accessed, delivered, coordinated, and paid for, too.

Choose the Appropriate Setting

Continue care virtually or arrange an in-home visit when appropriate. If your home isn’t a suitable or comfortable place for an appointment, we’ll discuss other available options. The setting should serve your care needs, not determine them.

Establish a Provider Relationship

Get to know your provider through a complimentary virtual meet-and-greet. After that call, your naturopathic medical care begins with a comprehensive virtual consultation, allowing time to understand your health, priorities, and circumstances before developing a plan together.

Share the Benefits Through Care Circles

You shouldn’t have to share a last name or an address to share the benefits of coordinated care. Our developing Care Circles program is designed to help friends, neighbors, and families coordinate appointments and share savings on provider travel.

Pay for the Care You Receive

Access care without a membership requirement. Our direct-pay model offers transparent fees for individual appointments, with provider-specific services and treatment packages available. You’ll know what you’re paying for before committing.

A Relationship You Can Rely On

The more your provider understands your health, history, priorities, and everyday life, the more meaningful your clinical relationship can become. As your circumstances change, your care can evolve with them, building on an established understanding rather than starting over with each new concern.

Our goal is to be a dependable part of your support system, helping you navigate challenges, recognize progress, and make informed decisions while you get on with living your life. And because meaningful changes don't always require a medical appointment, we believe there's value in staying connected even when you're feeling well.

That's why we offer Continuity Check-Ins: complimentary, 10-minute conversations available to established patients who haven't needed an appointment in six months. They're an opportunity to reconnect, share important updates about your life and health, and determine whether any changes warrant a follow-up visit.

Life keeps happening between appointments. We want your provider to remain familiar with yours.

Our Commitments to You

  • Care shaped by your circumstances. Your time, budget, relationships, routines, and priorities matter.

  • Clinical judgment without compromise. Convenience and flexibility never take precedence over appropriate care, privacy, or safety.

  • Shared efficiencies, shared benefits. When better coordination reduces delivery costs, we look for ways to pass those savings along.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to live in Fort Collins to become a patient?

No. Virtual naturopathic medical appointments are available to patients physically located anywhere in Colorado at the time of their visit. Regular home-visit areas include Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Severance, Berthoud, Greeley, and Longmont. Home visits in other Colorado communities, including Boulder and Denver, may be considered by advance arrangement.

Do I need to schedule a home visit?

Not necessarily. Naturopathic medical care begins with a comprehensive virtual consultation. From there, you and your provider can determine whether virtual follow-ups, an in-person examination, or a home visit is appropriate.

Do I need a membership or ongoing appointment commitment?

No. CNHC currently operates on a direct-pay, per-appointment basis. You can schedule the services you need without purchasing a membership or committing to a predetermined series of medical visits.

Can I receive craniosacral therapy without becoming a naturopathic medical patient?

Yes. Craniosacral therapy is available as a stand-alone service with its own initial intake and treatment process. You do not need to complete the comprehensive naturopathic medical consultation to begin CST.

Can I use my health insurance?

CNHC does not bill insurance plans directly. You pay the practice for your appointments and may request a superbill for eligible services when appropriate. Whether your insurance company reimburses any portion of the cost depends on your individual plan.

Can my partner, roommate, friend, or neighbor schedule an appointment during the same home visit?

Coordinated appointments may be possible depending on scheduling, location, and the services requested. Each person receives an individual appointment with separate clinical records and consent. We're also developing Care Circles to make shared travel-related savings more accessible to people who live near one another, regardless of household or family relationships.

Can CNHC replace my primary care provider?

No. CNHC provides naturopathic medical care within Colorado's established scope of practice. We encourage patients to maintain a relationship with a licensed physician for conventional medical care and welcome opportunities to coordinate with their existing healthcare professionals.

What if I'm not sure whether CNHC is right for me?

Start with a complimentary 15-minute virtual meet-and-greet. You'll have an opportunity to ask questions, discuss what you're looking for, and determine mutual fit with a prospective provider. If another service or professional would better meet your needs, we'll do our best to help you identify a useful next step.
