TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective date: 08/18/2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of coloradonaturopathichousecalls.com (the “Site”), operated by Griffin McMath, ND, practicing as Colorado Naturopathic House Calls, LLC (“the Practice,” “we,” “us”). Griffinmcmath.com and drgriffinmcmath.com redirect to the Site and are covered by these Terms the same as the primary domain. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

No Medical Advice, No Patient Relationship

Content on this Site, including pages describing services, conditions, or general health information, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Nothing on this Site creates a patient-provider relationship. A patient-provider relationship begins only after formal intake, informed consent, and the start of active care through the Practice’s clinical process.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. This Site is not equipped for, and should not be used for, urgent or emergency communication.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation, security, or availability, or use the Site to transmit harmful code, harvest information from other users, or misrepresent your identity when submitting a form or booking a call.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, and design, is the property of the Practice unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

External Links

This Site may link to third-party websites, including OptiMantra, Fullscript, and Spruce Health, for scheduling, ordering, or communication purposes. The Practice is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site.

Limitation of Liability

The Practice is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site, to the fullest extent permitted under Colorado law. This limitation does not apply to liability for clinical care, which is governed separately by the informed consent and treatment documents you sign as a patient.

Text Messaging Terms

If you opt in to receive text messages from the Practice, whether through the Site, over the phone, or during a visit, the following terms apply:

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from the Practice related to appointment scheduling, reminders, and brief administrative communication. Message frequency varies based on your upcoming appointments. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to receive care; phone and OptiMantra portal communication remain available.

Text messaging is not encrypted end-to-end and should not be used to send sensitive clinical details. Clinical questions should be directed to Spruce Secure Messaging or the OptiMantra portal, as described in your New Patient Instructions.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
